This puzzle had a lot of interesting cost theory and layout constraints. I made the assumptions that the track has to be a loop, and that disposal would be better than waste chaining the mors. Given those assumptions the position of the animismus is forced. Only the Critelli and the bottom hex of the top-right bonder have overlapping gripper positions. This results in 4 islands where single atoms are trapped until bonded. One of these islands needs to contain an input, calc, 1 bonder, and the input hexes of the anime. Of the 5 track positions, two are need to be kept open for passing atoms between grippers. The animismus outputs take up 2 of the remaining 3 track positions, which means that at least one reagent needs to share its track position and will have additional inputs pulled whenever the anime is used. Using water to make salt instead of earth makes the forced inputs easier to handle, since it makes water needed more often so it can be used right away instead of clogging the board.
